I've been using the same travel pro for the last 9 years. I must have one of the old "good" ones!? It's showing wear, but still works just fine. If the new ones suck, I'll take everyone's advice and look some where else.

I have a Purdy Neat bag that has been in constant service since 1996 and is still going strong. Had one zipper relaced and thats it. I know they are expensive but you get what you pay for and these bags are worth every cent. Go to www.stopoverstore.com or Luggage works.

I suppose that I must have one of the "old good ones" as well!

The Purdy Neat bags are very heavy, expensive, and they aren't expandable. Good bags are available from Sams and Costco that are light weight, expandable, and they are not too expensive to replace when you get bored with them or see a newer, better bag.

I have a Samsonite "2 week" bag from Sams and a Sigg 21 inch bag from Sams. I carry both around the world and both have served me well. Each bag cost well under $80.
