Default Woman Escorted Off USAir Flight Over Photo

A Miami photographer was escorted off a US Airways plane and deemed a “security risk” after she snapped a photo of an employee’s nametag at Philadelphia International Airport Friday.

Sandy DeWitt said the employee, whose name was Tonialla G., was being rude to several passengers in the boarding area of the flight to Miami.

So DeWitt snapped a photo of her nametag with her iPhone because she planned to complain about her in a letter to US Airways. But the photo didn’t come out because it was too dark.

However, once DeWitt was settled in her seat, preparing for take-off, Tonialla G. entered the plane and confronted her.

TG should receive quite the reprimand for *using* security to get her way.
Was this lady a CSA? Personally I wouldn't have bothered taking a picture, just got her name and wrote my letter while flying home

Which course of action would cause the water to get hotter for TG???

A. A PAYING customer was going to send yet another letter to the company complaining about their experience.

or

B. A PAYING customer is escorted off the airplane due to a 'security risk' and the ensuing publicity from the incident.

I was going to say the same thing... the negative publicity for yourself and your company far outweighs the handful of people you p'd off by being a prck. Personally if were in charge, they'd be looking for a new job today.

I try to steer clear of p****** matches between the pax and FA's/CSA's. I don't get paid enough to deal with toddler-esque squabbles.

Thank God for the cockpit door!
