There is something SERIOUSLY evil about carting around food in coolers on airline trips. What, you don't get per diem? You enjoy self-induced food poisoning? One of the great things about flying is a sociable dinner in a new or unique restaurant in a new city.

Camping out by heating up food in coffee makers is just beyond the pale. What's next? Warming up frozen dinners on the APU exhaust?

You know, I never thought of that. Gotta try that one!

Home cooked meals are more healthy, more economical and taste better. If I know I'm not going to be able to refridgerate my food then I won't bring it.

Haha, that was a great TOTD worthy post good sir! I am happy to know I troll the hell out of you by being "SERIOUSLY" evil. gmfb!

Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a social dinner with the crew but I have been with slam clickers for several trips (to be fair, two captains in a row had PCs the following week and they wanted to study). Also so times there isnt time or it's too late. I am not sure what your salary or schedule is like flying a GLEX but I have a feeling it is a bit more conducive to that type of eating out. Although I would also question what your waist band is.

Seriously, sort your issues out. I am going to go pack my cooler with healthy, delicious food for my next trip and each bite I make, I know I am being EXCEPTIONALLY evil... just to spite you.
