Default The Sea-Tac Shuffle

Holy Smokes, I'm going to need a checklist to find my way around the old place!

Looking at the list of airlines no longer coming here brought tears to my eyes. I really miss SAS. Used to fly it to CPH and beyond every chance we got.

From Tacoma News Tribune:

In the constantly evolving life of a major airport, not much stays the same for long. Even those who work there daily aren’t always sure how the airport’s interior layout has been altered.
“Sometimes, I’m just not sure what’s changed,” admitted Perry Cooper, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport’s chief spokesman and a man whose job it is to know what’s happening at the airport.
Blame that confusion not on faulty observational skills, but on the unending shuffle that makes a place like Sea-Tac a changing landscape.

Classic United move, consolidate ticketing with Continental at the current United counter in the north terminal (about where the North Terminal North Station pointer is on the graphic below).

Next, move gate operations to the A terminal.

In other-words, move ticketing and arrival/departure as far away from each other as physically possible. Well done!

I guess people can go through D security, go down and get on the N/S train. That'll make the customers happy. Not.
