In all seriousness, this. It's so cool seeing the things you had only seen from the ground for years and years. Subliminally, it helps teach you navigation, too. I would routinely have students find their way to various landmarks they were familiar with and wanted to see.

On intro flights, students would mostly want to see their house (as did I on mine)!

Yea, I guess it just felt weird cuz my house is in class c airspace and it was the first time in my flight experience that I've done it, it's all learning though! Never flown without learning and I'm sure I never will!
