But this guy is an Academy graduate with 2 master's degrees and a 4.0 GPA, 6 or 7 misc alphabet credentials and awards, and volunteers at the local homeless shelter after every flight.

That was also last July and extensively shown on here in this very thread.

Ask any ex-military pilot to think of the worst pilots they flew with and then ask where they work now...

Alaska and a somewhat not so voluntary early retirement to Allegiant?

Depends on what you mean by "worst." If you mean piloting skill, we were all awesome, and I can't remember who was the "worst awesomest."

If you mean worst individuals to fly/work/live with, a disproportionately-large percentage work inside the limits of the I-495 Beltway, making a lot more money than any of us are making in the cockpit, and probably continuing to be lousy individuals to work or live with.

We did, but we sold most of them to transvestite gangs in Brazil while on layovers as we ramped up our flying down there in the 90's.

Last I heard they were ruthless DI's that instruct newbies how to walk in 6" heels.

I loved it then and I love it now.
