Bubba, you are hereby nominated for "Untool of the Day!" A rational and well written response to a tool. Thank you. Now, as others have said, let's move on to the special tools that stand out each day, rather than rehashing well-established tools!

Agreed. Thanks, Bubba.

The doctor has been moved to ignore list to improve my APC experience.

Yeah, nothing like groupthink to improve your day and expand your mind.

So so so so so so so so so soooooooo bad.
So bad.
Please. Make this person stop.
Did he really record himself walking to the lav at 1:24??

What part of his idiotic, narcissistic, ungrounded in reality, tool bag of a brain thought it would be a good idea to post this to YouTube, and that it was good????

I'm sorry, dude, but that was NOT good. And you make the rest of us professionals look decidedly unprofessional.

I'd love to hear how management has reacted to this.

Cameras don't lie - "the Captain did it!"

Felony theft due to the amount. Not sure what he was charged with. Lawyered up and plea(?) bargained to a lesser charge.

And to help dispel your ignorant "cowboy mentality" argument:
- Until 1987 (when the feds changed the rules) large numbers of pilots carried firearms with them on their aircraft, with zero known record of incidents. In fact, until sometime in the 1960s, commercial pilots carrying US Mail aboard (a substantial percentage of all commercial aircraft), were actually required to carry a firearm with them. Again, zero known record of incidents. Gee, I wonder how it was possible that we didn't have any "cowboy shootouts" in the sky. And this was all before the modern FFDO program.

Bubba

Curious, been flying commercially since 1978 and have never seen anyone carrying on board until the FFDO program, what group were you talking about? Thanks

After a little internet research I have located his Facebook page where he has posted the above video. He has this to say about it...

"So this video is kind if a sneak peak into my work life and how Awesome it can be sometimes . On a side note a flight attendant shared a Jimmy Kimmel link that Im pretty sure is me .
The song in this video was written by me and performed by my former band High Strung (.net).
Thanks to my crew for helping with video and Pooya for his camera skills .
Please Share"
