I'm a city girl so don't know what bailing wire is, but I assume it's not too comfortable wrapped around something. Us city slickers prefer the furry handcuffs.....

Bailing wire is a thin flexible wire used to bind hay bails. And it is not nearly as comfortable as fury handcuffs.

"Fury" handcuffs??? Hmmm, either a typo OR a Freudian slip.

Now now. It was never proven that Freud actually wore a slip (hence the term; Freudian slip).
However, it was noted that he was a man that appreciated a good run of bailing wire or (baylin wore) if you prefer and a good pair of “dikes” (baylin wore folks appreciate these very muchly).

Misspell one little word and out comes Dr. Freud....

les be an honest person here;
That's about as silly as using a dirty pair of dykes to do your dirty bailing wire work for you.

If you have used baling wire, you have used a pair of dikes. The short term for diagonal cutters.
