Currently completing my doctorate at a Nordic university in Public Technology Administration, I am an entrepreneur and am starting pilot ground training with plans for a career enhancement at 45. I speak English, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian fluently and read several other languages and have actively participated in simulator training in order to get the most out of my upcoming theory and flight training and to reduce unnecessary re-takes or mistakes.
I love reading and getting advice from older, wiser and more seasoned pilots (even the ones that "hate" desktop simulators) and am looking for one or more pilot "mentors" during my training up to ATP (many hours of ahead me!).
Currently, I am busy finishing my thesis, so I check in to the forums at most once a week! Future plans include double engine props, B737-8/9, B777-200, CRJ900. "
Sooky Airlines" comes from when I got my first computer in the 1980's and wrote a simple programme in Basic to "book airline reservations".
(The fictitious "Sooky Airlines" came from the name of our weiner dog, which I maintained looked like a DC-9 and "flew" various routes, in particular the one to from KSNA to KPHX).

Hi,
I am an airline employee that works for a DCI carrier in Minneapolis and as the name implies, also run a crashpad in the twin cities. I'm not here to promote it but certainly welcome any and all feed back as an opportunity to improve!
