You guys know her?
Perhaps the pilot deserved it.
Witnesses in the linked article seem to disagree with you.
It would appear there's nothing to see here.

But the incident apparently sounds worse in the media than it actually did at the time, according to the passenger. “She was not aggressive to anyone and [it] was funny really, the Easyjet crew was acting out of proportion.”
Another passenger, sat just two rows behind Moss, told Sky News essentially the same thing. “There certainly wasn’t anything evident that was either putting the plane in jeopardy or creating a problem. You would not have known she was there.”
“There was no shouting, no bawdiness that even caused her friends to intervene. Because, you know, if you were with somebody who was being disruptive and it was one of your party, you’d say oh shut up, be quiet and let us get on with it. There was none of that, no one seemed to be concerned at all.”

Hard to make much of this since the story is reported from an entertainment on-line site. The flight crew was certainly irritated or concerned enough (rightly or wrongly) to have the authorities waiting to escort said passenger off the flight.
To paraphrase the old adage: Where there’s smoke, there tends to be fire.

So Johnny,
I guess you missed the part about Moss serving herself Vodka from her personal luggage? Not allowed you know...That alone is enough for me to have an idiot met by LE.
