What airline offers 300K 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with positive space back to/from the US??? That sounds mighty fine right about now. I dont desire to move to Asia, but positive space to/from the USA with 14 on/14off @300k is a no brainier. As a commuter, that's essentially what I do now for 1/6th the paycheck.

the shortage affecting everyone was my text...

The majors have so far only seen some no shows for class and some pilots leaving during the training process, or later. As the UAL HR person said, the big affects on the majors will be 3-5 years from now, +++
