Glad all is back, sorry about the headache and thanks for bringing up tapatalk and your experience. We'll be adding this as a user scenario that we need to test and be comfortable w/ moving forward.

Thanks to both of you for doing all this, working with us, and keeping good humor. Roll outs seem like 2 steps forward and 1 step back at times. And we can be difficult to work with, all sorts of needs and wants.

All good, I'd always take 2 steps forward and 1 step back, especially when decisions can easily be rolled back (like in this case): it's the best (and fastest) way for us to get to know the different users that we serve and adjust accordingly.

That being said, we'll invest more time researching the different type of users on the site.
