Thanks for the excellent posts and great advice. I am exploring your suggestions.
As for Winair, does anyone know how much they pay? What are their minimums? I have 1020/255. I should hit 135 mins by early January. Do we just email our resume to HR, or someone else?
Thanks again.

I just applied to Winnair and have about 1600ish hours, but haven't herd anything, anyone know what going on? What the deal with pay? Housing? Schedule? If anyone can shed some light that'd be great.

It's best to get down there and show your face. Emails just don't get answered and they don't really do the trick anymore.
Last time I was in the SXM airport I met a couple of Canadian guys there who just showed up to meet the chief pilot and shake some hands.
That's what you have to do these days.
There seems to be a ton of Canadian pilots working for Winair.
Good luck.
