Yeah I don't know. Their website says they're accepting resumes to fill "future needs", but who knows when that will be.

Where do the middle hour guys go? I have 1517 TT 688 ME and 449 TurboProp. This was marketable in '07 but doesn't seem to mean much in '09. I keep seeing numbers in the 2000+ with 1000 in type listed on WillFlyForFood.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm flexible in residence, even overseas.

Good luck. I have almost 6000 TT and 2100 Pic Jet and three type ratings and I haven't been getting calls either. I have been working in aviation since I was 17 which was 19 years ago and I have never seen it so bad.

Wow, makes me not feel so bad for not hearing back from anyone I speak with or write. I'm sitting at just shy of 900tt. I couldn't imagine having 6k and not hearing anything. GL to you, I pry these crappy times in aviation go away and hiring starts for the whole industry within the next year...

It's something you get used to. Believe it or not, flying jobs are out there.. but usually in other countries. Until this economy improves, you might want to start looking at alternate work. Even though I'm on the pilot roster for a 135 charter company, I fly maybe once a month right now. I was forced to go back to a previous employer throwing bags at the airport.

Thats true but a pilot with 10000+ wont work for $40 000.

Well that's relative good overseas if you already have time in type otherwise good luck. Unless you know of someplace to look I'm curious.
