Well Spoiler, if you can read you'll see that the pay is $19 hour for instruction (ground/flight),and .5 pre post per flight, plus 9.50 an hour for any other additional duties. Students is Chinese and look up how much rent is per month. And go to their website and see how many planes there are.

Well Riverside, I can read and actually spell. I did use the search function and researched their web site, but I was looking for any additional info from someone who actually works or has worked there. That is what this web site is for. Now go back being a smarta$$ CFI so you can tell your students to look it up themselves when they got a question.
I'm not sure how much clearer you can get, since Chinese are Chinese and the pay 19 an hour. It is not a bad idea to make your students look things up first because I'm not always going to be there when they pass their ratings. Good luck on your search and I'll keep instructing.
