Vacation, 401K match, 401K vesting, and the fact that every year we wait an extra 2-3 months for the next step on the pay scale. You won't find a single 9E pilot that isn't ticked off by the DOH vs. Seniority Date system.

What are the chances of getting MSP is the remaining new hire classes? I Start class 10/25 not sure if i'm gonna take it.

You won't know until you show up. Worst case you would commute for a few months.

but..but....I was PROMISED in my interview and from my friends an upgrade as soon as I had been here 2 years or hit 2000 TT whichever comes first...what gives???
