Word is they intend to keep the hiring going even if it means just a class of six/month. It has been too costly and time consuming to get the training department up and running after being essentially shut down for the last two years.

I coummute to the west to DTW. You will only get about 5-6 days at home, since you will have to use your days off to commute to base unless you get late reserve the first day. I hold 18 days with weekends and holidays off. So commuting to the west coast is not an issue for me.

What is more or less your date of hire with that schedule ????

I wouldnt really worry about that... after intergration its gonna be a whole new ball game... I think it could be many years of resv.
Right now to get a schld like that... 4 years as an FO 8 to 10 for Capts.

Oh don't worry, we aren't integrating for a long time. Before that happens, the MECs of Colgan, Mesaba, and Pinnacle are going to have to be given a contract from the clowns running Pinnacle Corp. Before that happens, the MEC of 9E wants to have a contract for us (9E), or at least an LOA giving the 9E pilots more pay. The company isn't going to give the 9E pilots any LOAs Just more drama around here and nothing worth getting excited about.
The company can take integration and go shove it if they don't show some "good faith" and LOA a few things.
For those of you new hires: Congratulations and welcome to Pinnacle

I'm not holding my breathe on any kind of LOA for us at 9E. Once the clock starts ticking on the 45 days and talks on the integrated contract, I'm not sure how much energy is gonna be put into getting any kind of interim deal for 9E. I'd imagine we'll be waiting for the integrated contract before we see anything.
