Mostly yes, but not always.... its that way anywhere you work though. Nobody like it when they feel someone doesn't earn something the hard way by being market competitive.

You'll be fine. Industry will be creating a lot of good jobs over the next several years and all that demand will help with anyone wanting to get on with HAL also.

Seems its already overdue! Word had it that it was supposed to happen this past Dec./Jan....

Even with this wash-rinse-repeat cycle, does HR still keep track of past applications? Of course I will gladly do what's necessary and reapply when the time comes. I am just wondering if it helps to have applied in the past.

Hard to say... Majority of hires did but some including myself were first timers. It's mixed.

When is the hiring window open again? How big are they on recency of experience? I have a lot of time in the Boeing products, but have been furloughed for 5 years, damn near living in my car... :)
