I did complete the assessment about 9 days before I got the email from HR. I took the email to mean that I had passed the assessment.

You should hear something within the next month or 2. I know that there are alot of guys who started the application process back in April who are in line to get an interview. There were also interviews scheduled for May 25th, which were cancelled. Those guys still need to interview, so the pool of interview candidates probably needs to be cleared out before any of the recent apps can be looked at. Just be patient, which is tough I know. It took me about 4 months from app to interview, and Im still waiting for a class date right now.
Great folks in the HR dept. Jaqueline and Labrina do a good job and take everything seriously, so dont worry about not getting a fair chance. Did any of you have internal recs? That helps ALOT. Did I mention recs help get an interview? Oh by the way, internal letters of rec help alot.......you get my point.

But it is not required. I and others were hired without one. Good luck!

...You can totally get an interview without a rec letter, I was just saying its almost an automatic if you have a rec. Didnt mean to bum anybody out. Sorry guys..... stay positive about eventually getting here and make it happen. Alot of good gouge about what to expect for interview process.

I totally agree that a rec letter makes it easier. My post was to let everyone know that it IS possible without one. The best thing is to stay positive.

I interviewed nearly a year ago. I think my nervous energy translated into too much talking. I guess I'll reapply.
