There are no interviews going on right now. I've heard from some friends there that they may hire some more this fall, but that was before Gary Kelly made his comments about reducing capacity in 2012. They did say that they are short staffed but they think any future hiring may be on hold until the SLI gets sorted out.

Got the email Sept 15th. Have the type, and have flown the 737 since my first interview (2006). However, no PIC turbine since 2007 (3500 PIC turb, LCA, Assist .CP, Intl heavy time) and furloughed.
I heard from a couple buddy's at WN, that due to a previous lawsuit, they don't keep the apps on file, and have to notify you. FWIW
