I used to work there. I talked to a friend who still works there. I'm pretty certain that pilots are still home based. You sit reserve at home they are responsible to get you to the airplane.

Thanks for posting this position. I am very interested in them. As a matter of fact, I was on their website a few days before they opened the application. Good thing I saw this.
Does anybody know what the average time/ experience of F/O new hires is?
I'm at 3800 TT 2300 TPIC, just trying to see if I have a chance.

The website requires you to enter your social security during the application. I have filled out dozens of applications over the past year and this is the first time I've seen it be mandatory. Usually you can leave that box blank or type 'do not use' or something. I find this to be odd.
