I used to work there. I talked to a friend who still works there. I'm pretty certain that pilots are still home based. You sit reserve at home they are responsible to get you to the airplane.

I don't know what the schedules are like there now.

Thanks for posting this position. I am very interested in them. As a matter of fact, I was on their website a few days before they opened the application. Good thing I saw this.
Does anybody know what the average time/ experience of F/O new hires is?
I'm at 3800 TT 2300 TPIC, just trying to see if I have a chance.

sushka02,

In today's world I don't really know as there are a lot of guys with 767 time on the street. But you seem golden to me time wise.

The website requires you to enter your social security during the application. I have filled out dozens of applications over the past year and this is the first time I've seen it be mandatory. Usually you can leave that box blank or type 'do not use' or something. I find this to be odd.

Ah, a fellow WCW. Yup, I have not seen that before either, however it doesn't really bother me. If it were some start-up company that was asking I would be hesitant.

EDIT: I'm glad I didn't delay applying, since it was only open until 10/01

Well that sucks, I guess I missed the cutoff. I was going to finish my application tonight. Oh well.

Good luck to you, imperial. I hope you get called.

Some places you have to send copies of your passport, driver's license, pilot license(s), medicals, etc. just to be considered.

Where are you looking? On my application page it says the close date was 10/01, and I don't see it in the "find a position" section. Maybe a direct link would work if you have one?
