Let me ask you something... Do you always have to start at FO? What if you have a few hundred hours of jet or something like that?

Duck,

There are some cases where they hire "Street Captains." They basically hire Joe Schmoe with XXXX hrs in type or Turbine time in general...its pretty self explanitory...

But...YES...they do:-P
