I'm pretty sure AE hasn't interviewed since end of last year. Most of the December 2011 interviews were cancelled. They then furloughed. It was just last week that they started emailing and recalling furloughs, so I think it's fair to say that the old gouges are all you have for now. Sorry, not trying to be negative, just stating the facts. If you have an interview coming up soon, good luck and I'd study those gouges. They didn't change their interview process much last year, so I'd expect them to stick to what they were doing last year. Once again, good luck!

Oh how I've missed seeing threads about this. Looks like they will be at the job fair in ATL tomorrow, maybe some new info will pop up next week about the interviews..I'd guess they won't change the interview format (HR, tech, sim) and the gouges are still accurate. From what I've heard it's most of the same guys doing the interviews. Good luck!

They don't interview for a specific airframe. Whatever they have in the New Hire Class is what's available, according to the seniority (pilot age), is what you get to choose.

Just complete the interview last week and was offered a job. It's pretty basic, Prec, non prec appr and holding. I'm a military guy so I knew very little about Part 121 weather mins, but that was on the only stutter.

They are hiring 100 by the end of 2012 and 400+ in 2013. Interviews have already started. All furloughs have been offered recall. New hire classes starting October 29. They are hiring into the EMB-145 and CRJ-700.

Just curious how many people attended your interview? Do you know how much time most people had? And how many of the people were offered the job?
