I think I did really good on the "test" and got the interview last year. It seems like the most important thing about the VX interview process is being yourself and being honest. The interview was really laid back and everyone there was extremely nice.

There really isn't a whole lot to study. The entire interview was HR based with a lot of TMAAT questions. Be yourself and don't try to flatter the interviewers with your vast knowledge...they'll see right through it. Everyone is extremely friendly and they want to see how you interact with others.

As long as you have an ATP and 4000TT, you're fair game. They prefer an A320 type, 1000TPIC, previous checkairman, but these aren't necessary. IMO, the most important thing is still to do as good as you can on the assessment. Ace that, and you're most likely going to get an email even without internal connections, type rating, TPIC, etc.
