There really isn't pay negotiation, because it's nonunion. There are work rule committees that meet with management to discuss our work rule book, and they discuss work rule stuff. Last year, the board met in January and decided on a pay increase for pilots, to be effective Apr 1 last year. This year, the board meets in February, and I believe we should be seeing some positive news out of that for the pilots. As for pilot hiring numbers, I think they're looking at adding about 30.

Standard Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K. I think Medical starts after one full month with the company and 401K after 3 months. Pay should be discussed in February board meetings, usually implemented April 1st. Rumor is 30-40 pilots, don't know if this is for attrition only or for the additional aircraft coming in March.

I did that, and feel I did well. Had no idea on only 2 of them, made an educated guess on about 3 more, and likely got most of the rest correct. Who knows what they think of my psych answers though, probably not much since I am a freight dog.

I don't think they weigh much on it, lots of refuge freight dawgs at VX! Good Luck!

Damn... I have an ATP over 4000hrs and an A320 type. I have very little PIC. I really thought having the Airbus Type would give one an advantage. Not so in my case.
I competed the app and the initial questions but never got the second email with the next set of tests. I would do anything to get out of the mess of an airline I work for now.
Good luck to all who are heading to SFO for the interview! Wish I could say I would see you there.
