What?! RAH interviewees have 20% success rate?? Am I misunderstanding something?

Which certificates and types should I shoot for if I want PHL base? And are there any signs that PHL might be shrinking in the future?

I think only the Republic 170 is based there

We've been saying that all year.

There are some groups where only 1 will get an offer out of 12, but 1 in 5 interviewees getting an offer sounds right.

Holy Cow!!! I'd hate to run into the 80% of rejected RAH pilots ! That would be a situation where if it were me, I'd leave the industry. I'd stop flying and go off to write a book.
