Is this video interview like in the movie "The Internship"? Seriously?

Do they just want the last 10 years of job history, or should I put in all my places of avaition employment? I've been at my current flying gig for 12+ years.

I don't see why that matters. It will be all over the map. 1997-2000 the first guys hired at DAL were Captain daddy kids, neighbors in ATL, and those who had access to Plato Rhyne (or Cecil Ewell). Of course there was the requisite mil specs as well. I think you will know if you're in the wheel house just by the quality of your contacts.

there is the story of applicants tackling Cecil in the parking lot and handing him resumes. And getting hired....

I think they are looking at anyone who meets the new ATP minimums, and then of course have some kind of connection.

I found the video interview questions word for word on WillFlyForFood.com

They really don't rush you in the interview, but answers are limited to 3 min, so watch the count down timer.

Nope, just a resume, that's it...I haven't received an invite though for what that's worth.

15-20 minutes for the video interview is what they had stated at the beginning.
