I did not do sim prep. Not enough time. I am on the 767, relatively the same cockpit. I would recommend doing sim prep if you can. It would have been nice to know what to expect.

Thanks GP!

I guessing it is....
Take off, 'visual pattern' to an approach, go around, enter hold...

then CRM portion. Identify problem, get everyone on the same page, get their input, make a decision, execute the plan.

Yes/no/maybe?

Yes, but no hold. CRM is not a CRM. More like a pilot decision making evaluation. Copilot will just agree with you and give you no input.

Yes, it's $1200 for the ROI is >1,000,000% over your lifetime when you get hired. Plus, think of the confidence you'll have on your big day. ECIC interview prep is a must as well and I highly recommend doing it now so that you are prepared when you get the call. You'll be nervous enough those 2 weeks between phone call and interview so you'll want to be as prepared as possible. I would call FTI as soon as you hang up the phone with the UAL hiring dept since they tend to fill up quickly. Best of luck my friend!
Agree 100% with everything above. This is great advice.

Wondering If anyone on this thread could shine additional light on what else I could be doing to get a call. I have 4 bud's recommendations, and several visits to CP. Updated on airapps weekly, Attended two job fairs. Total time and PIC are good.

Does attending the job fair affect your chances or is it still just random?

Has anyone done ECIC online seminar? If so, good or is the in person seminar the only way to go?

I would imagine the in person is the way to go. Better way to ask questions and listen the the other responses. But on-line certainly better than not doing it.
