I had to do 3 applications due to the links provided in the website not working allowing me to finish my application. With the new AA/US Airways site, it seems to be fixed and was able to complete my application. Now all I have to do it wait another year until I see the "Not Selected" by the status! HAHA

Has anyone successfully updated their resume on US Air's webpage? For some reason when I click view resume it has just a little bit of my resume and the rest is a garbled mess. I've tried to update it with a new word document but it will not let me add a resume document. Very frustrating, thinking I should maybe just start a new account? Been trying to fix it for the past year...

It's been discussed in another thread before for a long time. I don't think you can update your application until a new app window opens. You might be able to update your resume, but a lot of people were unable to do even that. Unfortunately, I think you'll just have to wait until a new window opens to update.

You can update your resume although I've had to do it a few times and go back and check that it took.
I also had a snag that locked me out of applying the first time I tried and I contacted them through their help e-mail address and they unlocked it and I was able to apply. This was October-ish last year.
Overall, definitely not a user friendly application process.
