Are we planning multiple classes per month for the first half of the year? A friend has the interview on the 18th and was curious how long to expect to wait if hired.
I'm hearing rumors that we're giving the interviews over to the AA side as we'll. Any updates from those in the know?

I interviewed last week, got the the call 1week later for the April 7 class. The calls for class are all over the map from 1 day to 2 months. I was told that they are shooting for 240 pilots this year and have put about 40 in class so far. That should give you an idea of the classes in the future. As far as moving to Dallas, that was mentioned in my interview, but they said it will still stay as two separate processes (how long? who knows.).
Good luck to your friend, aviation interviews.com has good info.

Can anyone give me some insight into what the "under Review" is all about on the app. Does this mean it's one of the many apps that's getting a look at and working through the filter to see if it's worth a invitation for interview. Can anyone that got a call enlighten us on how long you waited from "under Review" to the call or the please apply again. Thanks for any information.

It's not my intention to offend either one of you, but your listed flight times are average and do not stand out. There are hundreds of applicants with times greater to and/or identical to yours.
Most guys that I know who have been hired have had a diverse background and found a way to illustrate that they are more than the "average" pilot...well rounded individuals with a variety of skills (leadership, customer service, and problem solving).
I would recommend not to think as a typical pilot (relying heavily on flight times, certificates, and ratings) but to put yourself in Human Resources shoes, and ask yourself, "Who is the BEST candidate?"
I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors!
