The least of your worries perhaps. It is where the bulk of our junior FO's lifetime earnings gap is generated. Even with a raise, lack of upgrades makes a career here a non starter.

Agreed. Came here as a destination. If upgrades turn to 10-15 years like SWA I'll have to move on... Deal breaker for me...

Then you chose the wrong airline. The only movement is growth which, is always slow.
Qol as an FO has to improve first and how do you think they staff an improvement of reserve/work rules?
These are bigger problems than upgrades, which can never be foreseen.
Btw, the CP just bragged about guys not leaving B6 and they are slowing hiring. They also mentioned the increase in RSAs. Nice work.

Add me to the list, as well as my captain on my trip last week. I keep trying to come up with a reason to stay and, depressing as it is, there are ZERO. This place is comparable to a mid-tier regional, just with slightly better rates.
