Reliable but expensive: Uber ($35 last time)
Fast but sketchy, aggressive driving: Kew Cab ($11)
--- last time driver asked to use my phone to order a carry out ravioli plate ---
---prior to that driver stopped in the middle of the freeway to yell at cab next to us ----
To avoid the Uber lot - and the bus ride because of construction- just walk across the street. At terminal C LGA I walk across the bridge to the LGA Marriott.

Perv-Stalker Technique: chat up AA FAs on commute in and inquire if anyone is going to the Kew. Weasel into a ride. Last time all 3 FAs were going. As a bonus they stuffed a bottle of Chardonnay in my bag.

Anyone heard of Juno? Supposed to only be in NYC. Driver told me you need a 4.8 Uber rating to get hired and it's half the price of Uber and Lyft in the NYC area.

It was a lovely AA selected white, with hints of turpentine, arsenic, and the adhesive formerly used on US postage stamps.

Juno is really great (way better than Uber) but I've only used it in manhattan. I'm not sure how many drivers they have in the outer boroughs.
