I've recieved two emails saying to resubmit the app with my resume in text format. I've even tried pasting it into the text box. Has anyone else seen this?

Same here. I'm unable to get past this, anyone else have any luck? Wonder if scrapping this application and starting over would help...

I went ahead and put N/A for all those fields and continued with the process. Hopefully they realize there is a problem with their system. Couldn't find a number to call or even an email to contact the recruiting team.

So it looks like if you delete your saved app and start over, you can get past that point. If you save your app and go back into it, you get stuck on the previous crewmember screen.

However, I just got kicked back to the login screen, and now the job posting isn't showing up. And since I didn't save it because of the aforementioned problem....nothing. I'll try again later, definitely some serious problems with this app process. A friend is going to email some folks and let them know.

Same here. The job is gone from the search page.

I assume they're working on a fix which is why the job listing is deleted.

I wonder if I'll have to redo mine since it was technically submitted already. I guess time will tell.
