Same here. I'm hoping it's because they're fixing it.

Take this as an example of how well jetblue operates. This is what every day is like. We can't complete some of the simplest tasks.

And yet, SO much nicer than where I'm at now. Can't wait to complete my application. Hiccups happen.

As an example:
Last week I was dispatched to pick up passengers in Denver, drop them off in Kentucky, then return home. I asked for the following day off. My boss denied the day off request. I spoke to him face to face days after. He didn't know I had flown to Denver then to Kentucky. He had NO CLUE I had flown a company aircraft, IFR, and entered duty times into our system. Then denied my day off request.

Hiccups are everywhere. This isn't a big deal really.

Applications and website seemed to be working fine again. I submitted my application and immediately received an email stating my submission couldn't be read and to reapply in text format. What does that even mean? How would I do that?

Did you have .doc files attached? That's all I would think.

Everything should be .pdf attachments.

I got the exact message and tried it 3 different ways... including copying and pasting it in text... any other ideas?
