The BOS/JFK SQ bases skew more junior than the regular 320 base. Lots of guys seem to do it for 6-12mo then bid back out.

I’m not a SQ, but pairings are mostly 3day/15hr credit trips, 24hr layovers. Not that great but nice for commutability. Over time I am sure the company will build longer 4-5 day trips with some domestic junk tagged onto the end of the ocean crossing.

Accurate but only adding (for BOS) that the trip mix is half 4 day trips. Either start or end the trip with a JFK DHD on day 1 or 4. These are popular as both locals and commuters will get themselves to or from NY making them a 20 hour 3 day trip that’s commutable on both ends. All layovers are 24 hours with the exception of a few scenarios where you can end up at 19.
