I didn't live near a SWA base. But I was close to a JB base, so I chose JB.

But your question is FAR too vague to get any helpful responses. As stated above, several factors should play into your decision.

CEO = IAE or CFM. Obviously we don’t have the CFMs. They can have the issue too but apparently the IAEs have it more, possibly why spirit and JB seem to have more occurrences.
