Cool, that suggest that the computer assessment does not have much weight in the desition process...

It plays no part yet that I am aware of. Everyone walks out feeling like they failed, and yet we all got hired.

What is the pass rate of these interviews? 80%? 90%?

I think it just depends. They do the video interview to try to increase the success rate of the f2f and waste less time/money/f2f slots with the initial screening. If they bring you in for an interview they want to hire you. The job is yours to lose. As for success rates I’ve never seen that published or really gleaned that info from any recruiters I’ve talked to. Just go in and be prepared, honest, confident, humble, and happy to be there (standard interview advice).

I had a 10:30am interview slot. I finished with the computer assessment around 4:45ish. Ya at this point no need is good news. Lol a buddy of mine that just got into phase 2 a week ago got word he was moving on around day 8 which would be on the 24th for us. 😯
