Y’all are going about this the wrong way. Just burn all your PTO and then bang out sick. It’s a backwards way of bringing back UTS

Correct. There is no PTO debt.

Definitely not going to hold a line in 6 months. I’m at 1.5 years and I’ve had only one month that I held a line with out any pre-credit (vacation, training, etc.). And that was with an “Award Pairings” command in my bid. No requests whatsoever.
