What we should aspire to.

This is how a Union should behave. I want to pay this guys way through pilot training, and blue dart him just so he can kick our weak knee MEC out and get us a real CBA. You can bet these guys will get a terrific contract, I don't think Hyperboy, 360 etc.. would fit in there

That was a smoke show. Man. Good for AA mechs. All that the AA and I’d say all airline President /CEO’s are concerned about are reporting to wall-street. Profits and margins rule and labor is the backboard of excuses. Pull a transcript of our latest earnings call. Labor costs. Pilot CBA. Great fall back excuses that get gobbled up by the bobble head press.

Especially with our exceptionally weak-willed pilot group - we need someone who lets ALL the pilots know when we are at war. I flew with plenty of guys who didn't even understand when we were at the peak of our "labor dispute".

JB pilots DO NOT need subtle union leaders. We need hot heads who don't let the company get away with the abuses we are currently suffering under.

At the very least we need hot heads who make a lot of noise when the company is screwing us so the numbnuts amongst us understand the truth of what's happening.
