I swear you’re probably the same guy that berates people for being snowflakes and being easily outraged and so sensitive. Hypocrisy no?

I have never understood this month stuff. It seems excessive but that’s me. If it was veterans month or Christian month I would feel the same, I think it’s obviously an issue that should be recognized but honestly I think we are getting to the point where it’s more about marketing vs anything else.

But it is what it is and it’s not going away.

So are you saying that the history of slavery matches up perfectly (and is on the same caliber) with homosexual discrimination?
If you wanna argue semantics go ahead (I wont join you though). But you know exactly what I'm pointing towards.

Disclaimer: To each their own when it comes to sexual partners.

Everyone is just one Ryan Reynolds eye contact away from being gay.

I’m not gonna even try to compare as I have no idea what each group has gone through. But you do remember Pulse night club? Let’s be honest there’s not a lot of hate crimes, discrimination towards white males. And be even honest more. The Easter bummer is absolutely creepy and horrifying. I don’t mind any of the months or days. I just mind being stuck in a metal tube for 4 days with someone that these things get to them. Not the banks stealing from us, companies poisoning our food etc. But a gay flag. I just wonder if some fellas lose it when they get line checked by our gay CKA

Get over it dude or whatever you call yourself, don’t take it personal, as I said it, its just my opinion; but just be careful on what use as comparative! And I don’t mean it for myself !!

Get over it? I’m not the one upset because there’s a gay flag at OSC. You should know how many we have from that community. I just want to make sure you’re not sensitive about my gay pride pin on my American flag tie. Just stop being a snowflake

I have gay and transgender family members. I support them. However I wish that our profession hadn’t become the springboard and center stage for all things sexual. I feel this highly technical industry is being disturbed by agendas that are inappropriate and distracting. I don’t feel a serious and professional company should be waving flags of sexuality at their corporate offices. It’s unprofessional. I wish we could just treat all human beings with equal professionalism, courtesy, and respect without the “dog-and-pony-show”. Airlines are tripping over themselves to appear as progressive and morally superior as possible and were forced to participate.

Same goes for holidays, keep it clean and uncomplicated. “Happy holidays” works for most.

BS. Who forced you to do anything but show up to work? If you are seriously distracted by a rainbow flag to the point that it's a problem for you, you might have some personal issues to work on.

It's meant to tell a historically discriminated-against community that they're welcome here. I'm not sure why that would be an issue for anyone. You aren't a victim. Just relax. It's more fun on our side of the tolerance argument, I promise you.
