Is it F-22 time? U-2 time? Prob not gonna get hired if not something like that. That said, I applied before I had a realistic chance of getting hired. Applying often seems to help, as the number of applications is looked at. If you want to fly at jetblue, apply at every opportunity. At least that’s my advice. Worth what you paid for it.

620 TSIC is good.

But I think TT needs to be higher, more like 2500-3000?

At Republic we had a Flight Attendant completed her Restricted ATP and became a FO with TT of 1000hrs, then at TT 1550hrs she was hired at JetBlue. Don't know the details on her numbers. The first 1000hrs were on C-172 and the last 500 and so hours on the E-170 as SIC.

Well, she had an advantage that I don’t think needs to be mentioned here.

Is this similar at all to how United is taking Bonanza CFI’s with 1500TT and putting them in the right seat of the A320???

Maybe this says something about how much experience airline mgmt thinks pilots need to fly the Bus🤔

The BUS is designed as an ab-initio airplane. Lufthansa puts 400hr guys in them.

It’s not just Lufthansa... the Airbus was designed to be flown by someone with 250 hours

So it’s REPUBLIC that’s the secret to JetBlue!

Well today is my lucky day
