We're now at the point where we've had 12months of post-CBA line creation, which means the Target Line Value is actually coming into play. The company has been pushing ALV as high as they can for the previous 12 month, and now the TLV is above the limit, meaning they need to add more bodies in a bid status like JFK 320 FO. It will likely continue and I wouldn't be surprised to see more TDYs in coming months. Check CBA 25.I.1 and 2 for info about TLV and ALV.

Good point. Its going to be interesting to see it play out. 2020 vacations, and trying to rob Peter to pay Paul with the TLV band-aid TDYs. The company better follow through on the hiring projections or else this snake might eat its own tail.

Vacations and the A220 training float that's going to need to start about half way into next year.

Absolutely
If you’re bidding top 10% and you’ve dropped all your 1 day trips. That’s the problem at Jetblue. You’ve got a very top % in each seniority silo killing it. Then the 90% rowing the ship. There’s no telling the slayers how its sucks, they’re not going to see it. I don’t think its that way other places. That “killing it” line drops way into the 70th percentile per seat and base silo at other company’s. It’s not going to change. It’s the way its set-up at jetBlue since day 1. I’ll get my chance IF I can stomach this for “X” more years, but its getting harder. The Wizard behind the curtain has a name and a face. I know who “he” or “she” is.

I don’t think they know how many pilots they really need. The CBA isn’t fully active yet. We haven’t really seen what vacations will do. Add the 220 add the (Europe flying) also the fact that we might keep some 190s and dare I say any growth and you start going yikes.

But there’s “more than 60 in the pool,” so they should be good, right?
