Default TDY FLL to JFK FO’s,......Serious? LOOK RSA!

So,

What are we doing? This seems like a regional-like Mesa knee jerk move to some new Big Brother/Daddy Legacy schedule. We own our schedules and staffing/planning. What the he[[ are we doing?

This week we’re putting our RSA like candy corn. There’s not a cloud in the sky and its mid-week in October. F-ing October!!! There are ZERO reserves. Fleet Launch flights launching with NO FO present at push time. Oops?

But its cool that we don’t get a MINT seat on a DH? Or, just keep saying goodbye to the customers to make them feel good at the end of the flight. I’m telling you I’ve had more customers tell me off or tell me how bad we suck in the last 2 months than I have in 8 years. I’m not very proud to be at J-Blue these days. Someone talk me down and that things are going to get better. I’m updating my apps.

There wasn’t a cloud in the sky? Come on man. It was super quiet with the RSA/VDA’s until this system came through. Boston was messy last night. No need for anyone to talk you down, you’re a big boy that can make their own decisions in life. Good luck.

Bugs, I have nowhere NEAR your time at JB. But I just finished a 4-day trip, and only had one single customer out of about 900 who had a complaint to make, and that was because she put her coffee on a tray table after two inflights advised her not to, and it slid into her lap. Yeah, she was going to seek a full refund on her ticket.

But the other 899 (or thereabouts) were pretty happy. (Maybe due to my exceptional landings? IDK) And to toot a relatively RARE horn for JB, every single flight departed early and landed early. (I had to ask the CA if this was legal)

Not sure where you are going with this? The company sees a need to fill slots in JFK for December, and is offering TDY. Does it affect you? Does it offend you? If either, then why? FLL is fat on FOs, JFK isn’t. Pretty simple solution to me to solve the short-term problem.

Also, not sure what DH you are complying about, but my friends on the West Coast travel back and forth in Mint all the time.

I flew six legs this week. Every single one delayed. All because 190’s were AOG and they put 320s on those flights. Most flights were delayed >three hours. I heard ugly comments from several passengers. It was embarrassing. Oh, and the WiFi and TVs were MELd.

We're now at the point where we've had 12months of post-CBA line creation, which means the Target Line Value is actually coming into play. The company has been pushing ALV as high as they can for the previous 12 month, and now the TLV is above the limit, meaning they need to add more bodies in a bid status like JFK 320 FO. It will likely continue and I wouldn't be surprised to see more TDYs in coming months. Check CBA 25.I.1 and 2 for info about TLV and ALV.
