Hyperbole and negativity. Your two favorite go-to arguments. If only you could step back and see just how flat they fall, and how ignorant they make you seem. Which is sad, because I am sure you actually have enough experience here to make a difference. If only you tried.
Since you interjected your vast 2 years of experience into the discussion of what pilots FLY (not sit at home in a fat-staffed base and seat), please give us your rough estimate for what proportion of JB A320 pairings have a red-eye leg and what proportion of A320 block hours touch the red-eye time period?
Just a rough estimate is fine.

Yes, some leave here for other places. Some retire, die, get fired. To elaborate a bot on what CaptCoolHand said"
2019 - 91 losses, 16 retirees, 21 new hires, 5 deceased, 0 terminated
2018 - 90 losses, 21 retirees, 47 new hires, 7 deceased, 1 terminated
2017 - 72 losses, 12 retirees, 33 new hires, 1 deceased, 3 terminated
2016 - 100 losses, 13 retirees, 42 new hires, 4 deceased, 1 terminated
Some simple math will show you the numbers who left who were here a year or more. 2005-2007 seemed to be the largest numbers of attrition from JB, as I am sure was true for many places. But typically, the largest amount of those who leave do so in under 3 years.
