we already touched on this. If you don’t have the FOM required flight time. You got denied upgrade.

meaning that it went junior. The question is did they fill all capt spots.

3k+ for the 220. From a few Cka.

Supposedly some of the upgrades didn’t even have the FAA requirements. That means it went extremely junior. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Agreed. I'm also surprised about the (voluntary) downgrades....

Doesn’t surprise me too much. This summer has shown that you can be a very senior FO with weekends off and be at the top of the VDA list making in the ballpark of a very junior CA sitting Reserve.

I’m sure that the company will have no problem following what the CBA entails and not breaking our contract………………….

I agree with this. Bigger point to make (especially for folks who are looking to come here) is that these issues are mostly from CA's going VERY junior.....

panpanpan 08-28-2021 05:56 AM

Has anybody heard the most junior upgrade seniority?

only thing that makes sense with the emails coming out about not having required flight time. What is the faa required flight time to become a 121 cpt?
