Where are the emails regarding the Frontier/ Spirit merger with the regurgitated BS of coming together, reducing costs, and stand-up PAs so we can compete with this "new"airline?
Where are the emails regarding how much we suck and should be doing better?
One thing is for certain, this company can't handle doing one thing (day-to-day operations) and they really go quiet when they try to juggle two things (day-to-day ops AND a possible merger).

I'm curious, what can the union do about mgmt incompetence other than tell them about their incompetence (and enforce the CBA)? Which I beleive they have voiced tons of times.

As much as I’d like to see something Ike that happen here, I just don’t think it’d matter. Our Management has proven to be so arrogant, woke and out of touch they’d just brush it off and blame the messenger. Every IROP (never ending as of late) it’s the same, excuse after excuse-celebrate the wins and literally NOTHING EVER CHANGES OR GETS FIXED-EVERRRRR! They obviously just do NOT care! It’s discouraging and sad. At this point I fly my line and not a damn thing else.
