An LOA for rates isn't a new contract. We are already meeting with the company for a full section 6 contract negotiation. And you don't have Sun Country's rates. You have Spirit rates.

Alaska and VA used 60% longevity and 40% relative (more or less) seniority. I would expect something like that at this point. It's precedent, and recent.

Looks like most of that 60% DOH went to the top #534 Alaska then after close to relative. I’ll guess that top 534 Alaska had a decade plus longevity to the number 1 VA. Had a VA friend go from top 25ish overall to close to that 534.

Seems many on here have no idea how any of this works, or any knowledge of alpa merger policy, and recent merger history.

Good news is the Airways debacle set up a pretty straight forward process for mergers.
