I can assure you most NK guys I fly with want JetBlue to buy us.

nobody except a handful of dudes that live on APC cares about the ULCC business model. I am pretty bummed by todays news.

JBlue Divesting all of NKs NE/FL slots doesn’t sound all that exciting either…..

I think they said all of the NE, and *SOME* FLL assets. But yeah, doesn't sound as good, but I have to think they would then redeploy those assets to somewhere other than the NE/FLL, which I think is even better for the combined company.
