Yes, for cause. Last I checked, surfing the web while you're flying is cause for termination. Don't do things that are cause for termination maybe?

Not what I’m saying at all, genius.if they can’t get rid of you for what they want, they will find a way. Any company will.

Everybody that works here knows this statement is true. With that said, you gotta be a real A-hole to end up on their radar when they’re looking to terminate you.
Probationary pilot different story. You don’t have the same union protections, and I’d bet money the felon who assaulted his ex wife with lethal intentions…allegedly…didn’t get any payout.

That's why we have ALPA. Unless you give them a real reason, they will find it impossible to have a termination that sticks (even if they desperately want to fire you). And that's how it should be.

Don't be an idiot and make it easy for the company to fire you. Unfortunately, many people gladly hand over reasons.
