If you are on the right seat you and I do the exact same job , and by the way I’m not saying you deserve less I’m saying I deserve the same. That’s what pay rates are for, to reward longevity, a one time bonus is a complete different tool with a complete different objective but I don’t expect any of you to understand that. Thank you all for proving my point once again,is not about the money, is about the ZERO comradery culture and the lack of self worth that shows on most of your comments .

Take that as a compliment. You’re probably raised a flag of potentially leaving after getting hired. I hear there’s not enough applicants so I can’t imagine it being for any other reason. That is assuming you have at least 2000 ish hours at the very least. Maybe it’ll take a reapplication to show interest if somewhere else calls best of luck to you. Again don’t let it get you down.
